Send a copy of your receipt to returns@chesneysboutique.com to start your return. A flat shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your return amount.

Secure your item(s) in the original packaging with the original packing slip enclosed. Affix the prepaid label and take it to your local UPS store for return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be processed and applied to your credit/debit card.
