Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Send a copy of your receipt to info@chesneysboutique.com to start your return. A flat shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your return amount.
Secure your item(s) in the original packaging with the original packing slip enclosed. Affix the prepaid label and take it to your local UPS store for return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be processed and applied to your credit/debit card.
That’s a great question! Yes, every product you see on Chesneysboutique.com is also available in store. However, there will be times that some items that are listed online may be sold out or only available in store, and vice versa.
