  • How do I return an item?
    Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Send a copy of your receipt to to start your return. A flat shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your return amount. Secure your item(s) in the original packaging with the original packing slip enclosed. Affix the prepaid label and take it to your local UPS store for return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be processed and applied to your credit/debit card.
  • Do you offer curb side pick up?
    Yes! We offer curbside pick up during business hours. Once your order is placed you can follow up with a curbside request by sending an email to and we will schedule a time for pick up.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the shipping status of your order.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Yes! We offer our new WRaPid service that allows you to purchase an item already pre-wrapped and we also offer gift wrapping in house for items purchased outside of the boutique. Any additional gift wrapping questions can be sent to

    Yes! We are actually a Boutique & Salon all wrapped into one. We have seven amazing stylists, along with a nail technician.
  • Do you carry the same products in your Boutique and on
    That’s a great question! Yes, every product you see on is also available in store. However, there will be times that some items that are listed online may be sold out or only available in store, and vice versa. All questions about product availability if shown as "sold out" online can be sent to
